Therefore, through this page, the Owner intends to describe the management methods of its website ( www.mioselettronica.com) with reference to the processing and protection of personal data of users who access it. This is a general report made in compliance with 2016/679 EU Regulation "Regulation concerning the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data" (hereinafter UE Reg.) only for the institutional website of MIOS Elettronica S.r.l. (and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through the links in its pages, for which MIOS Elettronica S.r.l. is NOT responsible).

1. Type of Data Collected


a) Navigation Data

IT systems and programs used to operate the site, collect some personal daya whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
These information, even if they are not collected to be linked to the interested person identified, could allow to identify the users through some processes and connection with third parties data. In this category of data are included the IP addresses or domain name of the computer used by the users connected to the website, the addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained as feedback, the numerical code which indicates the status of the feedback given by the server il (Success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating and to the computing environment of the user.

b) Data provided voluntarily by the user (Article 4 point 1 EU Regulation)

For website consulting the submittal of the user's personal data is not required. However, the optional, explicit and voluntary submittal of personal data to the addresses indicated on this website, as well as the personal data insertion on "Work with us" section and "Contacts", will involve the he acquisition of the sender's address and the data entered by the user, necessary to follow up the requests sent.

2. Legal basis and data processing purposes

The legal basis of the processing of navigation data (point 2, letter a) is to pursue the legitimate interests of the Owner in relation to the management of the site. In particular, the data will be used for the following purposes:

- To access and to surf the website;

- To collect data and information in an aggregated and anonymous way in order to verify the correct functioning of the website;

- To collect data and information in order to protect the security of the site (antispam filters, firewall, virus detection) and the of the users;

- To obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the website;

In case of computer crimes committed against the site, navigation data may also be used to ascertain responsibility.

The data voluntarily provided by the user (point 2, letter b) to the addresses indicated on this website or through "Contacts" or "Work with us" sections, will be treated with the only purpose to give feedback to the concerned person, perform the service or the requested service including the management of any candidacies sent spontaneously by the user.

4. Methods of data processing

The data will be processed by the Owner both in electronic format and, potentially, in paper format, according to principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
This treatment can be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and will include all the operations included in art. 4, n. 2, EU Reg. (Collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction of the data), necessary to the data processing in subject, therefore included the communication to the individual listed at the point below "Data communication".

The data will be recorded and stored both in paper archives and informatics, through management systems linked to the data processing purposes. Moreover, in order to preserve data from destruction or loss (even accidental) as well as to grant data integrity and privacy (even against unauthorized access or disclosure) and, in general, to assure the rights of the concerned person, the Owner has adopted technical and organizational security measures, in compliance with the provisions of the EU Regulation (with particular reference to articles 24, 32 and 35).

5. Data Communication

In addition to the Owner, individuals within MIOS's organization (administratives, sales, legals, system administrators) could be authorized to the data processing in accordance with the art. 29 EU Regulation, based on their respective profile of competences and purposes as indicated above (point 3). The data collected may also be disclosed to third parties (for example technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies), appointed as Data Processors in accordance with art. 28 Reg. EU, which operate on behalf of MIOS and according to its instructions, but exclusively for activities strictly related to the purposes indicated above (for example to ensure the operation of the Internet service, the management of the IT and telematic system).

6. Period of Data retention

The navigation data (point 2, letter a) will be kept, in accordance with the provisions of current legislation, for a period of time not exceeding the one necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. The Data Controller will process the data provided voluntarily by the user (point 2, letter b) for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service and in any case no later than 60 days.


7. Consequences of the non-disclosure of personal data

The navigation data collected in the context of the present data processing (point 2, letter a) are mandatory as strictly related and functional to the management of the site.

The provision of personal data voluntarily provided (point 2, letter b) is optional and aimed solely at following up the user's requests; therefore, failure to provide the necessary data will make it impossible for MIOS to reply.


8. Place of data retention

Personal data will be stored at the operational headquarters of the Owner and in places within the European Union, where the parties involved in the processing are located.


9. User rights

The user to whom the personal data refers has the right to request and obtain, at any time, from the Owner, access (Article 15 EU Reg.), Correction (Article 16 EU Reg.) And cancellation (so-called "right of oblivion") (Article 17 of the EU Regulation) of his personal data. The user is also recognized the right to limit the processing of personal data (Article 18 EU Reg.), the right to the portability of the same (Article 20 EU Reg.) as well as the right to oppose, for legitimate reasons, to their treatment (Article 21 EU Reg.)


In any case, the user has the right to submit a complaint to the Guarantor, as considered by art. 77 of the EU Reg., or appeal to the appropriate judicial offices in accordance with art. 79, EU Reg., if he considers that the processing of his personal data has occurred in violation of the provisions of the EU Reg.
